The Critters are back. Tired of the country life, the Critters find themselves infesting an inner city apartment building. Bigger than rats and faster than cockroaches, the Orkin man doesn’t stand a chance. Once again it will be up to Charlie McFadden, bounty hunter supreme, to come to the rescue of the families trapped inside of the Critter Inferno.

Yup, another Critter flick starring Don Keith Opper as Charlie and Leonardo Dicaprio What? That’s right Leo’s first role was in a horror flick. The Critters are up to their same old tricks, causing mayhem and snacking on anything that moves. The Crites also have a few new tricks up their sleeves. This time around the little space porcupines can not only turn into fur balls but now can rev up like Sonic the Hedgehog and shoot forwards and upwards. There is a really good scene where the Critters attack this woman in the basement who is saved only due to the fact that her bunny slippers looked more delicious then she did. The Crites appear to be bigger in this one and pull a lot more Gremlin like pranks and gags.

Aside from the Critter chaos there is also a tender story that involves young Annie and her father who are growing apart. Also there is more drama as poor Annie is attracted to King Twink Leo, who happens to be the step son of the owner slum lord of the building. As I said Charlie is back as well doing his usual schtick and that’s about it.
