Short Summary
A young man tries to prevent his brother from viewing life from the same racist perspective as he used to.
Review
American History X can be a scary movie for non-white population who live in the United States.
Watching this movie, hopefully, teaches the angry population out there, that although, they may feel prejudiced toward other racial groups, in the end, crime and violence, as we all know, doesn’t ever pay. It doesn’t solve anything; it will not extinguish “the apparent problem”, and it will also not make the person performing the harmful acts feel any better.
Can be a little disturbing to watch (and accept), but informative nonetheless, and the message is its most valuable piece.
